Relaxed performance is a show that has been adapted for anyone that requires a more relaxed environment when going to the theatre. Seating is more informal with lots of space and different options, audio levels are lower and lighting in the room is brighter with the doors are kept open.

Our online dance workshops offer an opportunity to move and dance from home. To participate, you need a computer, mobile phone or tablet connected to the internet.
In these workshops our dancers guide you through different movement tasks that are easy to do from home. No previous dance experience required.

Joing the workshop
- To take part in the workshop you need a tablet, computer or other device connected to the internet.

We use the meeting tool Zoom for the workshop.

When you register for the workshop we will send you a link to the workshop.

The link will go live aproximately 15 mins prior to the workshop begins.

Just click on the link at the set time for the workshop and you are set to join.

Wear clothing that you feel comfortable moving in and make sure you have somee space to dance in.

The workshop is in Swedish, but our dancers show the movement continuously so following should be easy.
