Lidia Wos

Lidia Wos is a Polish-Swedish dancer and choreographer based in Malmö. Between 2002 and 2015 she was a part of Skånes Dansteater ensemble. During her career she has been working with everything from classical ballet and contemporary dance theatre to modern conceptual dance, opera, and dramatic theatre.

Her works has been presented on stages in Washington, London, Barcelona, Prag, Rotterdam, Copenhagen, Ramallah, Shanghai and Seuol besides different venues all over Sweden. Based on her own experience as a dancer as well as a choreographer she has developed her own highly personal artistic language. The chorographical craftmanship is essential for her and she put a lot of attention to all parts of the creation. Her performances are always filled with a lot of details, imagination, musicality, humor, and absurd twists.
