Per-Henrik Mäenpää

Per-Henrik Mäenpää is an independent, freelance sound artist with 15 years of experience,
moving around in the world of film composing, postproduction and scoring performing arts.
Per-Henrik has to this date scored and sounddesigned for somewhere around 90 projects of
different sizes. Drama, fiction, Documentary, Animation and Contemporary dance. Many of them
have been nominated and won prices like The Emmy award, The Pulitzer Prize, Guldbaggen,
IDA Awards L.A, PrixEuropa and Kristallen.

In parallel with writing the score, Per-Henrik often also works with sound design, Foley and
the Finalmix to make music and sound a strong overall experience. The work is done in his
own studio in Gothenburg, Sweden with a serious collection of old analog instruments and tape machines.
